About Harborlight Yoga
My Yoga Journey
My name is Patti Kryzanowski, and I first came to yoga to support my surfing but stayed for something deeper. What began as a way to strengthen my body and find better balance gradually became a path of healing, presence, and transformation. For more than 27 years, yoga has been my anchor, guide, and a steady source of joy.
Feeling the call to share this beautiful practice, I received my 200hr certification and started teaching classes while living in Charlotte, NC. I deepened my studies with additional certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Foundations of Yoga Therapy, and a 300hr certification. My guidance meets you where you are, inviting you to be curious about your practice with the freedom to explore and shine the light of awareness into your movement.
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, I also spent many years as Director of the Folly Beach Wahine Classic, a nonprofit all-girls surf contest that celebrates empowerment, connection, and community through sport. I’ve seen how yoga nurtures these same qualities, and my intention is to help you reconnect to yourself, feel good in your body, and move through life with more compassion and ease.
"Yoga is the golden key that unlocks the door to peace, tranquility, and joy." ~ B.K.S. Iyengar
